Our Story¶
It started with a hand-me-down spreadsheet.¶
I volunteered to coach my kid's T-ball team without ever having played organized baseball. I could barely remember the position names, let alone build a fair rotation.
A friendly coach handed me his spreadsheet. Broken macros, mangled formatting, and every last-minute change meant starting over.
So I built the tool I wished I'd had—for parents who care about fairness and fun, but don't have time for complicated software.

Simple to use
Coaching tools should disappear into the background, not demand attention. We build for the parent who wants to prep a lineup on Friday night and get back to family dinner.

Every kid deserves equal time at every position. Our algorithms ensure no child is stuck in the outfield or on the bench disproportionately.

We remember what it's like to feel unprepared. We design for the stressed parent, the first-time volunteer, the person who just wants to do right by the kids.
