I have questions about Clubhouse...¶

What's included in Clubhouse?
An entire Clubhouse full of features including, season-long fairness tracking, saved team rosters (enter names once, use all season), unlimited games, and historical fairness reports.

How does season tracking work?
Clubhouse remembers every position every player has played across all games. You can see exactly who needs more infield time or who's been on the bench too much.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings anytime. Clubhouse is free during beta. When paid plans start, you'll keep Clubhouse through the end of your billing period.

I have questions about Pricing & Billing...¶

Is the free version really free forever?
Yes. Sandlot is free, always. No tricks, no trials that expire. Use it for single-game lineups as long as you like.

How do I move up to Clubhouse?
Head to your account settings and move up to Clubhouse from there. Clubhouse is free during beta, so there's nothing to pay right now.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).

Can I get a refund?
If you're not happy within the first 30 days, email us for a full refund.

Is there really a free version?
Yes. Sandlot lets you create and manage one game at a time, free. It's perfect for trying Fair Play Frankie or for coaches who only need single-game lineups.

What happens when the beta ends?
We'll tell you well before anything changes, and you'll choose whether to move up to a paid Clubhouse plan or stay on Sandlot. Nothing is charged without you saying yes.

Can I switch between Sandlot and Clubhouse?
Absolutely. Move up or back down anytime. Your team rosters and game history are always saved.

Do you offer season pricing?
Not yet. We've found monthly pricing gives coaches more flexibility, especially if you're coaching spring and fall seasons, or if you decide to step down mid-season.

What if I coach multiple teams?
One Clubhouse subscription covers two teams. Create separate rosters for each team and switch between them easily.
